Strategies for telephone and Internet products

A major German cable operator asked Solon to help the company by defining a strategy for its new telephony and internet products. While not yet a major player in that area, significant growth opportunities were seen.

Solon supported the client in multiple dimensions. Profitability on different infrastructures of the product portfolio was evaluated and an optimal mix for going forward defined. Furthermore, product definition, organizational changes and an implementation plan were developed along Marketing & Sales, Customer Service and IT & Network.
