A publishing house expanding its operations across Europe wanted to complement its newspaper and magazine business with an additional division for digital media.
Working with the publisher’s executives, Solon first defined the goals and strategies in the digital media industry for the Group and incorporated them into the Group’s international management agenda. Subsequently, Solon executed and assisted with several projects aimed at building the new online business. Our work included concept development, business plan, organization, marketing concept, and a schedule for the launch.
The new media division is now gaining momentum. Helped by the tangible success of the first projects, new online businesses are developed by the international subsidiaries.
