A new Free TV channel

An international TV corporation wanted to establish a new Free TV channel on the German market.

A team consisting of the client’s executives, Solon media experts, and external experts established a concept and business plan for the new channel. The work included a program concept, marketing plan, distribution, advertising sales, the new organization structure, and a schedule for the launch.

As a result, the required investments were approved, and the TV channel was successfully launched.
