Focus on the development of business and Go to Market strategies for B2B and B2C, business plans and operating models. Support in restructuring and turn-around programs.
Piotr Baranowski joined Solon Management Consulting in 2015. Before working with Solon, he led the TMT Practice at PwC Advisory in Poland for 9 years. Prior to his consulting experience Piotr Baranowski was Head of Strategy for Orange in Poland from 1998 to 2005. He studied at Jagiellonian University and Paris-Sorbonne University. He also completed the Advanced MBA Program at INSEAD.
