András Nagy joined Solon in 2008 and is based in the Budapest office.

Consulting Focus:
András has broad experience in consulting for TMT companies and their investors, mostly with focus on Central and Eastern Europe. He has designed and reviewed strategies for market entries and market positioning for media houses, TV companies and telecoms. Another focus has been on streamlining organizations and operations, churn and customer lifetime management, sales strategies, and due diligences. His projects let him from the Balkans and Central Europe to Spain and Scandinavia.

Career:
Prior to joining Solon in 2008, András worked for KPMG Advisory Services as senior advisor for telecoms and for Magyar Telekom in the field of wholesale business development. He holds a Master degree in Business Sciences from the Budapest University of Economics.
