The Munich Solon office was founded in 1996 and forms Solon's nucleus. Our partner Jens Waltermann, our Associate Partner Marcus Englert and our Managing Directors Henning Röper and Marc Sier lead this office. Alexander Dumke (Chief Operating Officer) and Heidi Schupp-Schmid (Human Resources Director) are also based here. From our Munich office we cover Germany and Western Europe.
